I have a brave friend who’s a tree huggin’ hippie

A true organic lady totally

She took me under her loving wings

And shares part of her life with me

She has a style of grace about her

Makes people stop and stare

She glides along so elegantly

As though floating on thin air

She owns a gentle tender touch

Sincerely from the heart

I knew we were kindred spirits

Right from the very start

She is more precious than diamonds

And so very much as wise

For she knows how to handle

Ever different type of guy

And I don’t know how she did it

But everywhere we went

She always seemed to hold

The attention of the best men

And it totally had me baffled

How’d they’d fall about her feet

It is her soul that shines so brightly

Homely honest and rosy sweet

She has the voice of an angel

Oh I loved to hear her sing

Bouncing echo’s across the ranges

Through Yea and Murrundindi

It was nice to go on long walks filled with talk

And learn so much from her interesting past

I’m grateful she helped me trust God again

But then in her cubby she drove away far

I’m a little sad without her

But I feel her wish me well

And she still gives me strength and power

To question the corporate pig bastards from hell

I miss you Adriana Buckley

I hope we hug in person soon

And as hard as this world can be so trying

Thanks for restoring my faith to Keep Smiling
